The FCC was established in 2005. Pediatric Ophthalmology and Cornea, External Disease and Refractive Surgery were the first subspecialties to participate in the AUPO FCC program. Glaucoma and Neuro-Ophthalmology began participation in 2006. Since then we have added Surgical Retina, Uveitis and Pathology making a total of 7 subspecialties as of January 2009.
